My team- FCC(Flipkart Commerce Cloud) worked in the space of SaaS business externalising Flipkart home-grown solutions to other e-commerce players.

- Owning Ads onboarding self-serve portal development and maintenance.
- Multi-tanency support with sharing and isolation controls.

- Launch of new cutting-edge Ad models like Product Listing Ads.
- Frequent feature updates across Ad models (Display, Brand, PLA Ads) like white-label, customer targeting, recommendations, cross-country/website display, budgeting and forecast.
- User Experience enhancements with multi-uploads, role based account management, audits and previews
- Ingestion - Datastore and Change management workflows to cater downstreams like serving, reporting, budget manager.
- Operational Excellence with Kubernetes migration and cost optimisation; setup of automatic CI/CD; maintaining sql with python scripts and alerting, kafka and object stores; cache setups with redis; search stores like elasticsearch.
Checkout:
- Building java based User Service for one-click checkout from scratch. Working as a small team, configured base setup, db, CI/CD and common components for other sub-teams as well.
- Seamless user experience with session maintenance, consent taking and security guarding PII information.
- Linking user data of flipkart store with various merchant websites in zero trust manner.
- Enabling auto-filling of address/contact details and in turn true one-click experience.
- Data store support for downstreams like cart, checkout, payment.
- Auto Onboarding/migration support setups for any e-commerce from their existing systems.
